20% off offer is only valid between Monday to Friday from 12:30 to 16:30. Offer expires 31st August 2024. Advanced booking of 10 days is required to secure this offer (not applicable between 22nd July and 2nd August). Offer cannot be used in conjunction with a voucher or any other offer.

Terms and conditions: Every adult booked and subsequently seated for Afternoon Tea within Botanica will be charged accordingly, with sharing not permitted. Any bookings that are either cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the booking date, or are confirmed and do not arrive, will incur a 50% charge per person for the tea service booked, which will be taken from the card used to guarantee the booking.
